- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp or SMS.
- You can use this to track your shipment status on the courier partner’s website.
6. Delays & Issues
- Delays caused by natural disasters, holidays, or courier partner issues are out of our control, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any problems.
- If a package is lost or damaged in transit, we will coordinate with the logistics partner for a resolution or replacement.
7. Packaging
All products are packed securely to ensure damage-free delivery. Fragile or high-value items are bubble-wrapped and boxed accordingly.
